I went to the MAC(gym). I tried a heavy weight than the last week and drunk protein.
I went through business school and shopped at Trader Joe's.
I attended to Hiroko Kumaki's seminar.
In talking about mental care for the victims of Fukushima, I asked about distrust of the government and TEPCO and the outlook for community care. The inability to talk about sensitive direct feelings may affect their mental health.
And I received a temperature/humidity meter and a humidifier.
